FAQ
What do you sell?
We offer handcrafted home decor, decorative craft kits, and curated handmade and reclaimed items. Our products are designed for thoughtful spaces and creative experiences.
Are your items toys?
No. Our items are decorative objects and craft kits, not toys. Finished pieces are intended for display or decorative use only.
Are your kits beginner-friendly?
We offer both beginner and advanced craft kits. Skill level is clearly listed on each product page so you can choose the right project for your experience level.
What is included in a kit?
Each kit includes the materials and instructions needed to complete the project. Specific contents vary by design and are listed on the individual product page. Find our free fiber care guide here: https://christinasyarn.kit.com/blo-email
Do you offer finished items?
Yes. In addition to kits, we offer a selection of finished handmade goods, including jewelry, accessories, and decor. Availability may vary and many items are one-of-a-kind.
Are your items handmade?
Yes. Our kits and finished goods are either handcrafted by us or thoughtfully curated from trusted makers whose work aligns with our values.
Do you sell vintage or reclaimed items?
Yes. We occasionally offer vintage, reclaimed, or upcycled pieces as part of our commitment to sustainability and thoughtful reuse. These items may show signs of age or wear, which is part of their character. Vintage, upcycled, and one-of-a-kind items are final sale and not eligible for return.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by item and are noted at checkout. If you have questions about a specific order, feel free to contact us.
Do you accept returns?
Because many of our items are handmade or one-of-a-kind, returns may be limited. Please review our Shipping & Returns page for full details. For our fiber return program follow this link here: https://christinasyarn.kit.com/fiber-return
